DIY: Help Kaatje en Jeetje aankleden: Ontwerp hun nieuwe outfits!

Are you ready to become a fashion designer for a day? Kaatje and Jeetje, our cheerful adventurers, need your help to expand their wardrobe with some new, stylish pieces. Whether it's a new coat or a gorgeous new dress, your creativity can help them look their best for their next adventure!

A look into Kaatje and Jeetje's wardrobes

Kaatje and Jeetje are both proud of their extensive clothing collections. They both have beautiful swimwear and shorts and long pants. Kaatje even has a skirt and a beautiful dress. They also have shoes, slippers and beautiful sunglasses. They even have a warm sweater, underwear and socks.

Kaatje loves her pink outfits but is looking for new items to complement her wardrobe. Like a new bikini for the beach or a handy beach dress for her adventures at the sea.

Jeetje, who prefers to dress in cool T-shirts and comfortable jeans, is looking for additions such as a sturdy shirt or a sturdy jacket that suits his adventurous spirit, possibly with a trendy new design that underlines his personality.

How can you help?

  1. Download and print the coloring page: Print out the coloring page to help Kaatje and/or Jeetje find a new outfit.
  2. Let your creativity run wild: Design the ideal outfit for Kaatje and/or Jeetje. Think comfort, style and functionality. Which colours and patterns will you choose?
  3. Share your designs: Take a photo or make a short video of your finished design and share it on our social media. We are very curious about your creative ideas!
  4. Win a prize: Send us your design by the end of December 2024 and who knows, Kaatje and Jeetje might be wearing clothes designed by you in a while! The three best entries will receive a Kaatje&Mup prize.

Additional tips for young designers:

  • Research: Look at current fashion trends for inspiration. What are people wearing this summer or next fall or winter?
  • Functionality: Think about what Kaatje and Jeetje need for their adventures. Are pockets needed for treasures?
    Should the clothing be waterproof? What do you wear for a day at the beach or what do you wear for a game of beach ball?
  • Personality: Each character has their own style. Make sure your design reflects their personalities.
